Terms of use

Last updated 20 July 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not govern any work we do for you — that is covered by the written quote and service agreement we issue for each project, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

About us

This site is operated by Yesko Digital (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa. You can contact us at sales@yeskodigital.com.

Using this site

You agree not to:

Information on this site

Service descriptions are provided to help you understand what we do. They are not an offer and do not form a contract. Because every project differs, nothing here is a commitment to a particular scope, timeline or price — those are only binding once set out in a written quote we have issued and you have accepted.

We keep this site accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current or uninterrupted.

Intellectual property

The Yesko Digital name, logo, brand and the content of this site belong to us. Please do not reproduce them without permission. Third-party marks that appear here — such as the WhatsApp logo — belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those services.

Note that this is separate from work we produce for clients: on completion of a project you own your domain, your files and your brand assets, as set out in your service agreement.

Third-party services

This site links to external services, including WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their terms apply when you use them.

Liability

This website is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, or from being unable to use it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we do with information you submit through this site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
